Travel to the Workshop
UC Davis will make airfare travel arrangements to Boston for the workshop participants. Please contact Sonya Jackson (slyjackson@ucdavis.edu) directly with any questions about your air tickets.
Participants who are traveling to the workshop by train or car will be reimbursed after the workshop. Please submit your receipts to Sonya Jackson (slyjackson@ucdavis.edu ) for reimbursement. Please be aware that it takes time to process reimbursements.
Participants flying into Boston will need to take a taxi/rideshare to the hotel. We are not able to reimburse the cost of local ground transportation.
Hotel
We will cover three nights of hotel stay (April 19-21) for workshop participants traveling internationally and two nights of hotel stay for domestic participants (April 20-21).
Rooms have been blocked at Cambria. The contracted room rate is $199.00 plus tax.
The hotel will contact you directly to make the reservation. Participants are welcome to stay longer, but will need to cover the costs of any additional nights. Please contact Polita Zambrano <polita@cambriasomerville.com> to extend your reservation.

The hotel is 20 minutes by walk to the workshop venue. Participants can also take taxis or rideshares to the workshop venue. We are not able to cover the cost of local taxis.
